Debbie has over 20 years’ experience in the field of strategy, leadership development, change management, talent management, high performance teams and organisational development. Her passion is transformation and empowerment. She has worked and consulted at leading local and global organisations in the private and public sector throughout Southern Africa and internationally.
Debbie is also a passionate adventurer, global traveller and mountain climber, curious dolphin swimmer and ocean lover, philosophical dreamer, hopeless romantic, dysfunctional over-achiever, compulsive seeker & sharer, courageous difference maker, patriotic South African, author, facilitator, yoga nut, wine snob, dog lover, guardian mom, step mom, wife and friend.
She has travelled to more than 60 countries, hiked to Machu Pichu, Kilimajaro and Everest Base Camp, had over 60 swims with dolphins, over 5 trips to India to explore her inner world, facilitated over 50 personal transformational workshops, facilitated business workshops with people from over 30 countries in 5 continents, written 3 books, guardian mom to 3 kids and step mom to 2 kids.

Kathy has over 15 years’ experience in integrated Talent Management and across the human capital value chain. She has designed and implemented business and people strategies, frameworks, processes, systems and tools across SA and Africa, with HR and business leadership teams and executive committees.
She has significant consulting, facilitation and engagement experience with diverse stakeholders with a bias towards business strategy enablement. She has deep skills in Talent Management, Leadership and Talent Development, Project and Change Management and People Strategy Development, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (HR and Strategy), is a Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds Project Management qualifications.

Shevira is an experienced director and general litigator specialising in labour law, commercial and contractual law, property law and debt recovery. Post her articles she gained extensive experience in contracts and negotiation, mediation, arbitration, labour law, property law and civil litigation. Shevira has been involved in in several high profile litigation matters and is a board member in a number of local and multinational organisations in the mining, engineering and management consulting fields. Shevira holds an LLB from the University of South Africa.

John holds a BA Hons, from the University of Natal, a Certificate Programme in Industrial Relations from WITS Business School and Advanced Diplomas in Training Management with IPM. He is an affiliate member of IPM and a registered Practitioner with the SABPP.
John has over 35 years’ experience in the fields of HR, labour relations, training and development, leadership and strategic change management, having held senior and executive positions in Anglo American plc and the De Beers Groups. John brings a deep specialist knowledge and expertise to his roles as facilitator, consultant and executive coach as well his ability to think strategically and design innovative solutions.
John is also an avid traveler and explorer having seen most of the world including destinations such as Antarctica, the Amazon, The Rwanda Gorillas, Russia, exotic islands and many trips to the Africa bush which he loves. He is also a photo book author of multiple publications sold internationally.

Michele joined the team in 2016 and brings with her a wealth of experience in marketing, branding, event management and engagement.
She owned a small agency for a number of years where, utilizing her creative flair, she specialized in business-to-business communications, bespoke PR, marketing/branding services. The agency serviced corporates, medical aid schemes, pharmaceutical companies as well as smaller businesses and start-ups.
Michele has a deep attention to detail and creative problem solving ability and focuses this in driving associate, client and partner engagement and events, and well as looking after the Catalyst brand as a whole.
